Free Initial Screen

Every client, whether it’s an individual or entity will receive a free 15-30 minute phone or virtual screen.

The purpose of this screen is to get an idea of the clients’ needs, determine if Hemlock Health and Wellness is an appropriate source to meet the need, and identify next steps.

To prepare for your screen, consider the following!

Initial Consultations and Follow-ups

Should you make the decision to move forward, you will need an

Initial Consultation. This is a time-based, flat-fee service.

Initial Consultation – 60 – 75 minutes = $250

Initial Consultation – 76 – 120 minutes = $475

Initial Consultation 121 – 180 minutes = $625

Follow-aup Service Options

Hourly rate = $165 per hour – on an as needed basis

Packages

Package #1 = 4 hours for $575

Package #2 = 6 hours for $875

Monthly Recurring Packages

Monthly Package #1 = 2 hours at $285 per month

Monthly Package #2 = 6 hours at $835 per month

Monthly Package #3 = 12 hours at $1725 per month
